Leo Bosh Scores 13 Touchdowns at Bainbridge Football Tournament

Central Kitsap High School senior Leo Bosh emerged as the focal point of the Battle at the Bay 7-on-7 football tournament held at Bainbridge Island High School on Saturday.

Central Kitsap eventually exited the tournament in the semifinal round following a five-point loss to Bellarmine Prep, who later advanced to the championship game.

The 7-on-7 format, which limits passers to a four-second window to release the ball, forces a reliance on quick reads and precise route running.

South Kitsap finished with a 3-3 record, identical to Central Kitsap’s win-loss tally, though they exited the competition following a 21-7 loss to North Creek in the consolation bracket final.

In traditional 11-on-11 football, a receiver might only see six or seven targets in a game, but in a 7-on-7 tournament, a player of Bosh's caliber can see dozens of targets over a few hours.
