Man Torches Stranger's Port Orchard Garage From a Golf Cart, Dog Riding Along

A man rode up to a stranger's driveway in unincorporated Port Orchard on a golf cart, his dog riding in the passenger seat, and set the garage on fire with a torch and a can of accelerant, Kitsap County Sheriff's Office investigators say.

Within minutes, the garage was fully involved, according to KIRO 7 .

The neighbor then flagged down a Washington State Patrol trooper who happened to be passing nearby.

No court date had been published by any outlet as of this writing.
