A 38-year-old Everett man turned himself in to Washington State Patrol on Friday, three days after he allegedly drove his minivan into oncoming traffic on Mukilteo Speedway, killed motorcyclist Jeff Woods and fled on foot, leaving the 44-year-old father of seven dying at the scene.
Then, on Friday, Garcia Flores walked into custody on his own, according to the Lynnwood Times , ending the search without a chase or a raid.
Fleeing after an injury is a class C felony.
