Vyraa News (vyraa.com), operated by Nyza Creations LLC, respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal information we may have collected about you, including data obtained when you log in or interact with our site through Facebook or other social login providers.

1. What Data We May Hold

Vyraa News is primarily a public news portal and does not require accounts to read articles. However, when you interact with our Facebook Page, sign in with Facebook (or any social login), comment, subscribe, or contact us, we may store limited information such as:

• Your name and email address
• Your social platform user ID (e.g., Facebook user ID)
• Profile picture URL
• Comments, messages, or feedback you have submitted
• Newsletter subscription preferences
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to support@vyraa.com with the following information:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your interactions with vyraa.com
• If applicable, your Facebook user ID or the Facebook account email used to log in
• A brief description of the data you want deleted (or simply request "all data")

We will verify the request to ensure it comes from the data owner, then permanently delete the associated personal data from our active systems.

3. Response Time

We aim to respond to all data deletion requests within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification, in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.

4. Removing Vyraa from Your Facebook Account

If you previously logged into vyraa.com via Facebook and wish to revoke access on the Facebook side, you can also remove our app directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Log in to Facebook
2. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
3. Find Vyraa News in the list of active apps
4. Click Remove to revoke access and delete data shared with our app

Removing the app on Facebook stops future data sharing but does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers — please email us to complete the deletion on our side.

5. Data We May Retain

In limited cases, we may retain certain information after a deletion request, such as:

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Records required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
• Information necessary to detect or prevent fraud and abuse

Any retained data is stored securely and is no longer used for any user-facing purpose.
