Kitsap Deputies Pose as a 13-Year-Old Online, Arrest Seattle Man at Poulsbo Transit Center
A Kitsap County Sheriff's Office detective in training posed online as a 13-year-old girl. A 29-year-old Seattle man arranged to meet her, and deputies arrested him instead. The case is the first public result of a new KCSO push to train detectives to hunt online predators proactively.
